  • Monthly in-house capacity: 60,000–80,000 pcs, depending on complexity
  • Daily output range: 2,000–4,000 garments/day, depending on style and operation content
  • Production structure: 3 brigades enabling line allocation and schedule stability

Complexity note:
Output varies based on fabric type, operation count, sewing difficulty, and required finishing/packing.

Scalable capacity under controlled execution

For large-volume or time-critical programs, Modak can expand output through long-term partner subcontractors, allowing production to scale up to approximately double.

How we control scalability

  • Unified technical documentation and approvals
  • Centralized production planning and timeline control
  • Defined QC checkpoints and reporting
  • Final inspection before shipment under Modak coordination

This model supports tender projects while maintaining consistency, transparency, and delivery control.

Quality is managed through documented procedures and checkpoints:

  • Incoming materials check (fabric, trims, labels)
  • Inline QC during sewing and assembly
  • Measurement and workmanship checks per client specification
  • Final inspection before packing and shipment
  • Corrective actions and rework control (when required)
