Quality & Compliance

At Modak Ltd., quality is managed through documented procedures, defined control points, and final inspection to support bulk production, repeat programs, and tender-driven projects.

Quality management for bulk and repeat programs

Our quality system is built to deliver consistent workmanship, stable measurements, and repeatability across programs and reorders.

Key principles

  • Clear technical documentation and approved reference samples (when required)
  • Defined QC checkpoints throughout production
  • Corrective action and rework control
  • Final inspection before packing and shipment

Quality control checkpoints

Quality is monitored at multiple stages:

  1. Incoming materials check
Fabric and trims are checked against specifications (labels, accessories, packaging materials where applicable).
  2. Inline quality control
Workmanship and measurements are monitored during sewing/assembly, with feedback loops to the line.
  3. In-process measurement checks
Measurement control for sizing stability, especially for repeat programs.
  4. Final inspection before packing
Final review of workmanship, measurements, labeling and packing instructions prior to shipment.

AQL levels and client-specific inspection criteria can be applied when required by the project.
