  • Any commercial terms (including price, lead time, MOQ, specifications, materials, compliance requirements, and delivery terms) are binding only if and when confirmed by Modak in writing (e.g., via a formal quotation, order confirmation, or signed agreement).

We may decline to respond to or proceed with an RFQ at our discretion (for example, if information is incomplete, requirements are unclear, or the request is outside our capabilities).

Please do not submit trade secrets or highly confidential information via the RFQ/Contact form unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. If you require an NDA, request it before sharing sensitive details.
